Responsibilities.

Identify New Business Opportunities
Proactively seek out and develop new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships and
expanding the client base. -
Lead Generation and Prospecting
Utilize various lead generation techniques to identify and qualify potential clients. Build a robust
pipeline of opportunities. -
Present Solutions
Articulate the value proposition of our SaaS products and services to potential clients. Conduct
presentations and product demonstrations. -
Negotiate and Close Deals
Lead negotiations with potential clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Close deals and drive
revenue growth. -
Build and Maintain Client Relationships
Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and acting as a
trusted advisor. -
Market Research and Analysis
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Use this
information to refine strategies and offerings. -
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
Work closely with the technical, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure seamless client
onboarding and ongoing support. -
Meet and Exceed Sales Targets
Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, tracking progress and taking corrective action when needed.
Job Requirements.

Proven Sales Track Record
Demonstrated success in SaaS sales or business development roles, with a history of meeting or exceeding
targets. -
Strong Negotiation Skills
Ability to lead negotiations and close deals, with a focus on creating win-win situations.

Excellent Communication
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional languages are a plus.

Strategic Thinker
Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for business growth.

Tech-Savvy
Comfortable with technology and able to quickly understand and communicate technical concepts.

Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Previous Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales roles, preferably in the SaaS or
fintech industry.
